Common questions we can settle quickly
- A file will not open or download. Tell us which one and we will send it again.
- You are not sure which Backyard Plan to use. Send us your ZIP code and we will tell you which zone file to open.
- You want a refund. Ask within 30 days of purchase; no explanation needed.
- A receipt or payment question. Hotmart handles the payment, so include the email address you used at checkout and we will point you to the right place.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose a sick plant from a photo with any confidence, and we do not give medical, legal, or financial advice. For local growing questions, your county Extension office is free and very good.
